WELL THOUGHT-OUT CONSTRUCTION
MACHINE TABLE
The machine table is made of cast iron and is mounted on both sides. The grinding belt is also enclosed laterally by the machine table. This makes it easy to grind angled parts.
The machine table can be tilted 45° downwards and 30° upwards. The tilting is supported by a shock absorber. An extendable workpiece support is optionally available.
GRINDING BELT & BELT CHANGE
The grinding belt with a width of 300 mm runs exactly along the edge of the sturdy grinding belt rear wall. This allows precise grinding on angled parts. The usable sanding belt length of 640 mm above the machine table is very well suited for grinding larger workpieces.
The machine table is swivelled open for an uncomplicated grinding belt change.
ANGLE DEVICES (OPTIONAL)
Version 1
The angle device can be moved in a groove over the entire length of the machine table. It can be adjusted 45° on both sides.
Version 2
This angle device is mounted at the front of the machine table and has a quick lock for the most common angles. It can be moved over the entire length of the table and is adjustable 45° on both sides.
TILTING DEVICE
The tilting device allows infinitely variable adjustment of the machine table (45° downwards as well as 30° upwards). The tilting is supported by a shock absorber. The reading accuracy is 6 minutes.
The distance between the grinding belt and the machine table remains constant.
